Run Amok  2007

The Roleplaying Club of the University of Chicago

This website is lame! We need a webmaster. If you're up for it then drop me an e-mail.

Organization Purpose:
The purpose of the organization is to facilitate table top roleplaying at the University of Chicago by running on campus gaming events and encouraging home campaigns to take on new members from the university community. We maintain a list of affiliated games at the university that students can join and provide support for ongoing games. We also organize periodic large gaming events.

If you're interested in running a campaign for the club let me know. The club will either buy a source book for your campaign or pay for pizza for the first gaming session of every quarter.

Affiliated Games:

Ptolus

Description: A D&D campaign using Monte Cook's Ptolus setting has been running for a couple of months now, but the story carries characters to 9th level so the campaign will probably last through the 2008 school year. This is intended to be a  fairly low power campaign.

Frequency: Alternate Sundays

Game Master: Ron lundeen

Living Greyhawk

Description: Living greyhawk is a campaign in only the loosest sense of the word. There are dozens of loosely connected adventures which each take 4-5 hours to play. Basically if you can get together 4 players and someone to run the module you can spend an afternoon gaming.

Frequency: Varies

Game Master: Greg Hanigan

Serenity

Description: This campaign is set in the early twenty-sixth century. All the planets in the known universe have recently been united, but progress remains uneven. The players are the crew of a small space-ship, though they're likely to spend most of their time planetside. For more info check out the HPfirefly yahoo group.

Frequency: Alternate Sundays.
